This is a French style trigger plate, a correct copy of the original in our Tulle fusil-de-chasse. It is a very simple attractive design, suitable for use on pistols, longrifles, and fowling guns that require a single trigger.
The trigger is about .095" wide, and must be lightly polished before installation. This trigger is designed to be mounted directly to the stock using our #PIN-3/32 3/32" hardened steel dowel pin as a pivot pin.
We also recommend our #TR-TULLE-2-P triggerplate, sold separately, for use with this trigger.
Made in the USA, by Track of the Wolf, Inc. Wax cast steel, this malleable 8620 alloy steel trigger will give best leverage and easiest trigger release, if pinned directly to the wood, through the upper front corner. See Recreating the American Longrifle for complete installation instructions.
